Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final unless Kinni Sporting Goods ships an incorrect item or the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect item, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly after receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Manufacturer Warranties 

Products covered by manufacturer’s warranty, including eligible baseball and softball bats, are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures. Warranty claims need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer. Kinni Sporting Goods can provide proof of purchase when needed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or products that have been used. Exceptions are for wrong size or color Please contact us with questions regarding an order before returning any merchandise. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
